Our Offerings

At Rainwalk Rewild, we offer land-based education that reconnects people of all ages to the wisdom of the Earth. Based in Mount Vernon, Washington, we guide participants through immersive programs in wilderness survival, mycology, ethnobotany, and ancestral skills—fostering deep nature connection and practical earth literacy. Our offerings include forest homeschool programs, youth nature camps, and adult field courses in ancestral handcrafts, foraging, and primitive skills. Whether you're seeking hands-on skills or soul-rooted transformation, our programs invite you to remember your belonging in the wild landscapes of the Pacific Northwest.

Field Courses

Youth Programs

  • We’ve been teaching youth outdoors programs for over 10 years. Whether you’re looking for Forest Homeschool, Archery Lessons, Custom Field Trips, or Summer Camps, we’ve got something for every child and every family.

  • Build a Custom Program for your school group, family gathering, or birthday party that is sure to engage, delight, and educate your children.

Foraging Apprenticeship

  • Become the forager’s apprentice and learn how to identify and use native plants to make food, medicine, and crafts. With monthly courses in 8 different ecosystems, you’ll immerse yourself in PNW ethnobotany and mycology throughout the seasons.

    FORAGE WITH US

  • Take your ethnobotany and wilderness livingskills to the next level with overnight and three day backpacking trips in Eastern Washington and the North Cascades.

Rainwalk Rewild is a wilderness school rooted in Skagit County, Washington. We offer immersive outdoor education programs for youth and adults—combining ancestral skills, wilderness survival, foraging, ethnobotany, and earth-based mentorship.

Through hands-on experiences in the forest, we teach everything from fire-by-friction and plant medicine to wildlife tracking, traditional crafts, and council-based nature connection. Our seasonal workshops, homeschool programs, foraging apprenticeships, and survival intensives are designed to cultivate resilience, curiosity, and ecological literacy in learners of all ages.
